Anyone else getting extra time added when pausing the pogo app on Apple Watch?

To be exact, i was running the pogo app on my walk back home from work and paused it while I was grabbing a drink. When I resumed I noticed my time elapsed went from 40 mins to like 120ish minutes. I then tried swiping left to pause again then resumed and it added more time. I did it three or four times and my elapsed time went up to like five hours. I can’t find any help online. Anyone else have this issue? (Apple Watch 4 and an XS Max on iOS 12)
