[Discussion] Did they *really* reduce Mewtwo's catch rate after he became a normal legendary?

People say that they did, but I have not noticed it really.

I was 4 for 4 by the end of Mewtwo was an exclusive raid. Currently I am 9/10 with Mewtwo. I only missed the one because it started to rain during the Mewtwo raid and the rain was messing with my screen causing balls to fly all over the place.

So what do you guys think? Did they really reduce it or is it the same?
