Field Research encounters glitch?

I didn’t have any completed field research tasks left to claim but when I just logged on (1:20am GMT) there was a completed task with encounter.

I clicked on it and it was a bulbasur, when I got back to the main screen the icon was orange again and another task was showing as ready to claim, this time a poliwag. I did this another two times (CD sunglasses squirtle and eevee). It’s STILL showing as another encounter to claim.

Has anyone else got this glitch right now??

Edit: I completely quit and reopened the app and it’s still doing it - just caught an exeggcute.

Also if it’s relevant I should mention it’s not actually giving me a stamp for today...
