[Idea] Instead of new Hat Chus; Marker Jigglypuff and all Squirtle/Bulbasaur/Charmander/Pikachu have shapes drawn on their face

I know we're all sick of new hat Pikachus, and I know there is an ever-increasing religious cult rallying behind Party Hat Wurmple, but how cool would Marker Jigglypuff be. Even cooler if they made pokes that Ash had in the show have stuff drawn all over their faces at the same time, like Jigglypuff got mad and went on a marker rampage.

I know I would laugh everytime I caught a spotted Charmander or a Pikachu with a mustache drawn on.
