Rainbow wings and silver wings would be very rare drops from legendary raids and they're 1-time use/disposable.
Rainbow wing: when used on an egg that isn't in an incubator, it instantly hatches it.
Silver wing: when used on a pokemon, it rerolls it's IVs to be anywhere betweeen 80-100%.
