I'm seeing complaints (again) about the number of Rattatas out there...

I say make the most of it. I caught & evolved this little chubbo. He's like a mini Tyranitar! Same moveset, but half the CP. Super satisfying to take down gyms using him. http://i68.tinypic.com/2qbf4le.png
