Just reached lvl 30.

So I've finally reached lvl 30 early morning today and just gained a whole lot of motivation to complete the journey.

Have researched a lot about lvl 30 and above benefits, tasks, mons levels, battles, e.t.c, e.t.c

Just want to ask 2 things now.

1. How hard/easy it is to go from 30 -> 40?

2. Does being above lvl 30 make it any easy or provide any advantages to take down l3 and above raids single handedly? I was able to take down an l3 raid solo while I was lvl 29 but with 4 attempts.
