Please correct if I am wrong. I evolved a Dratini into a Dragonite today, expecting the IVs to stay the same that it was as a Dratini (see name) but instead, the Pokémon got weaker...is this supposed to happen? It wouldn’t make sense, if so, then catching a perfect IV Stage 1 could make its latter evolutions non-perfect.
