If Cubone wears the skull of its deceased mother, we have to assume that it is with its mother until it dies. For some reason we've never seen one with its mother and without a skull...yet we are certain that is what happens... Anyways, if this is true for all Cubones than we also must assume that the mother is wearing the skull of her mother. This begs the question, does the Cubone take the skull the mother was wearing or does it remove the skull it is wearing, decapitate the mother, then remove the skull from the head and wear it? Or does it take what is technically the grandmothers skull?
