Entei and Raikou were basic, first hit with a ultra ball and great shot. Suicune 28 ultra balls, 3 golden raspberry and 20 rasberries. Even with level 3 water and 2 ice catch badges.

Anyone else find Suicune way harder than thw other ledgies
