I'm looking for a female Alolan Vulpix or Ninetails with Snow Warning. That's really all I care about. I'm open to everything reasonable.

If anyone wants a female Alolan Vulpix with Powder Snow, Freeze-Dry, Moonblast, and Disable I have two, both with Snow Cloak. You can just have them.
